Jonas Orset a coach at 101 Percent Training. Jonas recently completed a monumental feat completing an Artic Everesting. Everesting was invented to be the ultimate physical and mental challenge. Jonas will speak to the group about training and nutrition to make your next big ride a success! Jonas has an amazing story that you will not want to miss.

Dennis McGinty from Innovate Physical Therapy is a Boston Marathon finisher and avid cyclist and triathlete. Dennis will speak to the group about specific exercises and stretches to prevent injury and maximize potential. Dennis will focus on two problematic areas specific to cyclists- shortening of the hamstrings, and unlocking power potential through the glutes. Dennis is with Innovative Physical Therapy and has been serving the North Texas area since 1992.
Baylor Healthcare will also be on deck and will talk about everything nutrition, health and wellness, healthy eating and dieting. Trying to get that body right for summer? you won’t want to miss this.
